Green Symphony

Great place to grab a quick and healthy lunch. Has a cold section and a hot section. Good selection, however I wish there were more vegan options in the hot section. Price is good and the service very good.

This is a place to go to when you're on the run or wanna get something quick to eat. It seems to have a little bit of everything to soothe your thirst were appetite. The people are nice. Places clean. The food is fresh I'm there is a good selection. So when you're in town or if your office is nearby, I highly recommend it. It's not always a small place can bring such quality.

They offer hot and cold food and lots of smoothies. They emphasize vegan, organic sort of food but isn't solely limited to those options. It's a small shop but there are a few tables to eat at. Prices aren't that bad.

Coming from Canada and conscious of the declining state of our dollar, I was looking for affordable, healthy food in NYC. This place delivered. It was a bit difficult to find, it’s small, but it’s clean and the family owners are pleasant. I had no idea what to order. They were very patient with me and served me a chicken, dumpings, rice, vegetable concoction that was healthy, filling and delicious. I highly recommend this little gem of a place. I only wish I had time to visit again.
