Amazing beer bar in Hell’s Kitchen - one of the best selections of craft and local beers in the city. Will always find something you love and something you didn’t expect! Great, knowledgeable bar staff. Also home base for the Manhattan Mikkeller Run Club that meets for group runs and beers every Wednesday night.

I had a bottle of eek from off color which isn't easy to find.
The beer was stored correctly and served at the perfect temperature.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Trendy bar with great selection of craft beers, natural wines, and cocktails. The nachos are surprisingly amazing and worth a visit for them alone. Can get understandably crowded during peak times but can also be quiet and intimate on weekend afternoons.

Amazing craft beer spot! Great selection and super chill atmosphere. Great place for a date or just to chill with some buds, or even solo! They offer tasting portions which allows you to easily try a lot of what they have on offer.

As Is has probably the best curated beer list in the city. There is a constantly rotating set of fascinating and delicious beers and the bartenders are erudite and helpful. That said, it has more a vibe of a library or museum than a bar. Don't get me wrong- it's a fabulous place, but it's not a hangout joint. It's too cerebral for that, too artistic for that. It doesn't feel pretentious so much as ponderous. It's a great place and fascinating, educational and exciting, just not super comfortable.
