A great place to fine! The food was fantastic, cecina is delicious and the savory tomato paste that's included. The octopus was fresh and tender, but not dry. The drinks are fantastic. The music makes you want to stand and dance, it's a great experience. When it's busy, service may be slow for some, but not unreasonably so.
The entire staff is the absolute best and friendly ... very cool place to hang and have some great food but the drinks are the stars !!
Went to Santina for drinks after a little bit of exploring the city. Blake, the bartender, was excellent! Very knowledgeable about his stuff. Will be back next time I'm in the city!
Fun, casual Italian Riveria atmosphere that's part of the Major Food Group company. Caters to mainly tourists in the summer due to the fact that it's right next to the High Line. Reservations are highly recommended for peak hours. Food is a blend of Italian, French, and Spanish cuisines. Personally I found the cost of the menu to outweigh the quality of the food, but that's my opinion. The service was excellent.
This place is very different yet very delicious. All of the meals on the menu were foods I’ve never heard of or seen before. I ordered the shrimp zingara with poached eggs and it was phenomenal. It had some spice with a savory Mediterranean taste. Although this place is a little expensive, I would definitely come back again.
