Amazing staff! I met my dad here for the first time ever in my life ???????? the staff nick and a wonderful host, help me capture the moment. It was very scary. I cried like a baby before i met him in the bathroom, the host was just great! none tipping staff! But they make you want to tip! Thanks again ❤️
It was a little pricey, but yet appropriate considering the location inside the Whitney and style of food they are serving. The server was a bit pretentious, but again, that is not unusual for an establishment such as this. The food that we had was good - we very much enjoyed our meal. We had a long wait - almost an hour - even though we had reservations and arrived on time. It was a member-night, so the museum itself was thankfully open a little later, but our 6:55 arrival for our 7pm reservation became a 9:15 entry into the museum.
Went for brunch and really enjoyed everything we had. Like the focus on seasonal ingredients and, while normally hesitant about dishes that lean on sweet flavors, really liked the way it was executed here. The open setting made for great people watching, but was quiet enough to hold a conversation.
Great spot. Daughter & I visited the Whitney, spending most of the day. Decided on a late light lunch at Untitled, sharing the Lamb Meatballs & Vermont Cheeses. Memorably delicious. Planning on dinner out later, we opted for two of the tea offerings, both flavorful & served piping hot.
Service was simply excellent: welcoming, professional, attentive, w/o hovering. No disparaging looks at us opting for a light meal over the full fare. On the contrary, our waiter was helpful & pleasantly engaging as we paired our two small selections from their menu.
Comfortable room - well lit, warm, & inviting. We sat at a large shared high-top with several other duets. The high-top was spacious enough that we felt uncrowded while eating, sharing plates, & comparing notes on the many exhibits we had just seen. Conversations of others were no more audible than had we been at individual standard-height tables.
Over recent years, we've found museum-based eateries are quite good with hardly an exception, but Untitled provides much more a fine dining experience than most.
