Amazing setting and ambience , the floors above allow you to look down and the lighting is heavy duty stage lights. The walls are all vintage looking brick and it sets the mood for a warm and gritty athmosphere. Best McDonald's ive been to.
Why am I reviewing McDonald’s again ????????♂️
Large chains shouldn’t be reviewed here on Google. The reviews don’t really give an accurate overall picture like they would for a smaller business because they employ so many people; however, some locations are better than others when the chain is a smaller one.
As long as you're going during regular hours ex 9am til 6 pm the upstairs bathroom is open. It's larger and much more actively maintained. The first floor bathroom is filthy and the stall door doesn't lock. Also they shut the bathrooms down around midnight and there is no seating after 1 am. This causes quite a problem when trying to grab some late night food. The staff is always nice and capable but usually the security guards seem to enjoy making it known that they have authority in their position and often are abrasive and over the top. Looking for reasons to give people a hard time instead of actually allowing the restaurant to operate as usual.
Kinda really like this place because you don't wait long and there's always an outlet to charge your phone. Food is always guaranteed fresh.
Very good food. One of the best McDonalds I’ve visited. What gives this only three stars though are several factors. The wait is very long, around ten minutes on average, so if you’re in a hurry, avoid this place. The lines are very disorganized and it’s very easy for other people to cut the line. The place is very loud as they have music playing on screens in the restaurant(must’ve been an old nightclub at one point), so when it’s time to get your order, most of the time you cannot even hear your number being called. A simple speaker system or a microphone would solve this matter and I have brought this up to management only to be shrugged off. The elevator is VERY SLOW to the point that it concerns me at times that it will get stuck. If you’re looking to dine in, the seating fills up fast.
So if you can put up with all this(got some time to kill before the next bus and want to take some food home), it’s a good place. But if you want to dine in or want a quick meal, avoid!
