After long time I ate some chickens which was juicy, moist and delicious. I ordered combo with two sides , broccoli and faro salad and both were really good . Staffs were good and the prep time was real quick . Only because I gave them 4 star cause there sauce ( creamy red and creamy jalapeños sauces were way too salty , I added some brown sugar on both sauces and then the taste came out just wow!! So please do something about your sauce .

It seems like the line situation at Brine can fluctuate pretty dramatically, and I was a bit surprised to find that during a lunch hour visit on a Friday the place was absolutely packed. Even so, the friendly folks behind the counter work through the line efficiently and I ended up waiting for maybe 20 to 25 minutes when I'd initially thought this was for sure a 30 minute+ line. From there, these guys really were fantastic. Star.

MUST VISIT!! I heard about Brine Chicken NYC and decided today to see what was the fuss. Well, it’s absolutely delicious! I had the half chicken with honey mustard, coconut rice with peas and the roasted beets with goat cheese. MmmMmm! Their chicken is tender, juicy and very tasteful as the rest of the meal. Brine Chicken is very generous with the portions and be assured, it’s a very healthy meal which has a lot of value to me. I will be returning soon and I highly recommend Brine Chicken NYC to everyone! go and enjoy a delicious and healthy meal!!
