Brooklyn Delicatessen

I had the best pepperoni pizza here. Honestly, I'm still thinking about it. It was that good. The staff were pretty nice too. It's a win in my book.

So happy this spot opened near my office. I had a hot pastrami reuben, which was delicious — but more importantly, the employees were SO friendly. I’m not a native New Yorker so I don’t love how unfriendly NYC deli guys can be sometimes (just being honest)...that’s not the case here. Friendly, clean, and a straightforward menu - my favorite things. I’m looking forward to coming back to try the pizza.

SCRAMBLED EGG AND CHEESE SANDWICH!!!

What a breath of fresh air to see a brand-spanking new place open its doors to NYC during these tough times. Quality is at the forefront at USA Brooklyn Deli, from the pizza to the salads and right down to the coffee and tea which they really get right.

Special shout out to the beyond delicious scrambled egg and cheese sandwich with caramelized onions and sriracha mayo on a perfect brioche bun. I've had a similar sandwich at a couple of other places in the city and this one is head and shoulders above the rest. Only problem is now I can't eat the imitators because they pale in comparison to the Brooklyn Deli.

Our office ordered lunch for everyone as a treat and I got their Hot Corned Beef Reuben and it was delicious!! I am not a reuben sandwich type person, but it was so good that I want more. I am definitely going to their deli and try their other sandwiches.

If I hadn't eaten the sandwich so fast, I could have posted a picture. But the Hot Pastrami Reuben was too good to stop! Run, walk, train, or bus it to this Delicatessen fast as you can or even better order delivery. So good, you won't regret it.
