Clearly a popular place despite not having too many reviews. It is definitely popular on resy/in person. The service is quick, the staff is nice, and the food is good. The portions are a bit small which I’d expect from the area. However the food is pretty good and I’d go back again.
Second visit! You know you’ve walked into a great restaurant when you’re surrounded by a stellar staff. It’s special to see so many happy faces, happy to be there and always ready to assist you and make your night a memorable one. Indeed it was.
We started with a Tanqueray 10 Negroni and moved to a gorgeous bottle of Etna Rosso, Girolamo Russo. We shared the Pizza Tartufata, Crostino Burro e Acciughe, Arancini (a must try) and then Fettuccine alla Chiantigiana (it tastes just like back home). Another fantastic accomplishment of Chef Falai. Grazie mille, we’ll definitely come back.
Had no idea what amazing place I was stumbling into when I picked this spot on my walk home 🫶 Staff was so welcoming and attentive, food was delicious and flavorful, wine was flowing. I appreciated their attentiveness despite visiting as a party of one!! Cheers to Felice!!
great food, friendly staff and superb ambience. truffle pizzetta and agnolotti pasta are a must. the grilled peach with honeycomb gelato? a real delicacy, you’re going to love it. highly recommend authentic Italian wine bar & restaurant. Best Italian food in the village.
I just discovered the best Italian spot in the village…that’s right.
We received the warmest and most genuine welcome the moment we stepped in and were pampered throughout the entire meal as we soaked up the beautiful ambience.
Solid wine list featuring some Italian gems like COS - Pithos, highly recommended if you like orange wine and Fattoria Sardi - Pet Nat Rose (nothing beats natty bubbles).
Please share the arancini, the crostino burro e acciughe and the gnudi…you’ll think about this review and thank me in your head at dinner.
Fantastic job everyone and grazie mille Max & Manuela! You’re the best orchestra directors as every single detail was on point, every single instrument was finely tuned.
