I came to Udon Mugizo on a weekday around lunchtime, and there was no wait in front of me. Marugame had a line out the door, so I opted to try this restaurant instead.
I ordered the Nabeyaki Udon, which was a solid meal! The udon was chewy, and the soup wasn't overly salty. Overall, a really solid noodle dish on a cold day.
