Became one of my favorite Ramen in NYC, the pork belly is so tender and the soup base is super rich and flavourful, don’t the fries squid and karaage fried chicken if you want some crunches. Will definitely be back!
My favorite ramen shop outside of Tokyo by far. This place is incredible. Broth has tons of flavor and a nice spice level. Noodles are a perfect texture and soak up a ton of the broth and other juices. The pork was cooked to perfection and had a great flavor that really intensified everything inside the bowl.
Staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Absolutely suggest to everyone to come here. You will not regret it!
My wife and I had the pleasure of eating here. We had the spicy tonkotsu ramen, spicy beef miso ramen, takoyaki and ika geso. The spicy tonkotsu ramen has a very rich, deep pork flavor. The pork meat was tender and well seasoned, and could honestly stand on it's own without the ramen. I can honestly say that this is one of the best ramen I've ever had. Will definitely come back the next time I'm in NY.
A small ramen spot in Chelsea. It’s almost hidden, but definitely worth the find. Servers were attentive and nice. Food came quickly and there was no wait to be seated for two. The impossible meat bun was tasty. Had one of the vegan ramens which was really good. The noodles and the ingredients tasted fresh. I would definitely go back again. I’m glad I found a good ramen spot in Chelsea. For those that are vegan—they have a separate menu! I don’t know too many ramen places that have this. Definitely a plus. They had no sake, but they have a variety of non alcoholic drinks. Prices are average. The ramen was filling and the broth was good. I just wish we didn’t sit so closely by the door. It was a cold day and every time someone opened the door—cold air would come in.
Incredible lunch at Kame! From the service to the food, I would highly recommend. We started with the super fresh salad with delicious wasabi dressing. The dumplings are yummy and housemade. I loved the spicy salmon miso ramen, flavor was perfect! And don't skip the matcha panna cotta.
