Absolutely had an amazing experience here with my friends. High quality ingredients and Nice service. We tried the Premium which is $128 include 17 courses. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend.

This was only my 3rd Omakase spot but it’s def my fav that I’ve tried so far. Unlike the other spots I tried I actually liked every piece and I felt everything paired extremely well with one another. The pieces do look slightly smaller than normal but I was still pretty satisfied after 12 pieces. Next time I know I’ll have room to do the 17!

It’s just a beautiful spot overall with great ambiance, good sushi, and attentive staff. Highly recommend!

The omakase was a absolutely amazing one bite better than the last. Honestly what put our experience above and beyond was our server Sun-he. She was absolutely amazing! She guided our experience with such a warm heart. I’ve honestly never experienced a server bring so much joy to a meal. The courses were tasty and innovative. We would absolutely return for the delicious omakase. But truly Sun-he made our experience absolute perfection

I went here for dinner last night and was beyond impressed. The sushi pieces were thoughtfully made with creative touches. $85 for a 12 piece omakase with this amount of luxurious items (uni, foie, fresh black truffle) is an amazing value that you could easily be charged $100+ for elsewhere. The sushi chef was incredibly kind and guided us through each course, even saying goodbye to everyone with a complimentary glass of sake. Excellent service and hospitality from every staff member who works here. The bathroom is spotless and smells lovely. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

Omakase for $128 includes 17 courses from the brand new @sushiblossoms_nyc and chef/owner Bruce Yu. I’m a fan of modern Omakase, especially when the ingredients flow together and the flavor combinations are well thought out. This menu is definitely one of the best we’ve seen from this genre… the creativity is on another level and ingredient quality is 10/10. There’s 3-4 signature pieces you won’t see anywhere, 4 different types of Uni, and a healthy dose of the classic premium ingredients like shaved truffle, caviar, Fois Gras, etc. Overall, big fan here
