What an amazing place!!! The food was exquisite! The burger was to die for and the octopus absolutely made my day! Definitely planning on coming back soon!

We were given some warm tomato soup on arrival, that along with the heat lamp made outdoor dining here really comfortable in January weather. The octopus was to die for, and so was the chicken paella. Will definitely have to go back to try more of the menu.

Amazing paella or as we say in spain "arroz". We had the vegetable and chiken one. First time I have eaten a paella outside Spain that felt authentic. The secret, well the chef is from Valencia the cradel of this popular spanish dish. Croquetas were also great. Having dinner outside was also a plus as it felt like a "terraza" in Spain (the center of any dinning experience during summer in my country). We had a cold bottle of Cava which was quite good. Only point for improvement was the beer i would have loved an additional touch of cold. Very reassonable price. A must visit if you are looking for a true paella in NYC.

Love love love La Nacional. Went during the pandemic so everything was out on the street. Feels like a local club, people walking passed knew some of the people eating. Everyone speaking Spanish, probably a good sign, and the bill was decent. Relaxed feel yet a spot for an occasion or a date or if friends/family were in town.

We got 6 dishes and we went all vegetarian and didn’t regret skipping the meats at all. If we lived in Chelsea this would be a monthly haunt for sure.

Love me some tapas and La Nacional has been one of my best tapa style experiences in Manhattan. Looking forward to going back.
