Amazing omakase restaurant located right in the heart of Chelsea! Its the perfect place to grab a quick bite, before hitting the high line, seeing a movie at Cinepolis, or checking out the bar scene.
The decor is clean and modern, with some of the most gorgeous bowls and tableware I’ve seen at a restaurant.
The chef and staff are friendly, engaging and so very accommodating. They make sure to ascertain the tastes of each guest, before the meal begins, to ensure that everyone is satisfied and their dietary needs are met. The chefs are also very knowledgeable and willing to explain the ins and outs of each dish, to make guests feel comfortable, and give them a bit of culinary education to boot! (Even as someone who doesn’t eat raw fish, I left full and happy.).
As for the food dishes themselves, they are gorgeous works of art. Each one tastes fresh and delicious. Watching the chef’s create them, is like getting front row seats to an art show. Whatever your experience might be with Japanese and seafood, this is a meal that simply cannot be missed. Bring your friends for a once in a lifetime culinary excursion! You’ll be glad you did!
Amazing fresh fish. One of the best Omakase in NYC. The staff was very welcoming and explained all servings with cure. I will surely come back and recommend to all.
I’m not a big fan of sushi but my friend took me here as she said it was great and worth trying. I went with hesitations but it turned out exceeding my expectations. Every piece of the sushi was nicely put together. The fish and ingredients were fresh and of high quality (the owner said they shipped from Japan). Price is reasonable for the quality and service, I will definitely come again!
Definitely top choice for sushi.
Food is flawless. Amazingly elegant Japanese cutlery.
The fish here is AMAZING and I definitely want to go back soon. The toro was my personal favorite.
Heard great things about this place and finally checked it out!
We made reservation ahead of time, definitely suggest doing so - they fill up!
The quality of the sushi was great. Fish was so fresh and prepared in a delicate way. Plus it's aesthetically pleasing. And it's not like I'm eating this everyday. Definitely worth trying!
