Great customer service at least every time I visit this place. Barristas know me by name and already know exactly how to make my drink just perfect. Even though Starbucks keeps raising the prices for their coffee I still go there because they are the best! Thank you.

Starbucks on 1st Avenue & 16th Street right across from Beth Israel Medical Center is the Best, they are warm, friendly employees who work to make their customers happy!!!

Unlike the "Starbucks on 13th Street", they are rude and won't give you what you ask for, especially their "Manager", very rude!!!

I went to get My Morning Mocha Great Service with Adreal he took my order explained everything ,so when I went to pick up my order from this young Lady named Sherman she was very Rude. I could not hear the names of the Coffees that were ready she answered me with a Nasty Attitude I didn't even want her to make my Coffee,I asked Adreal to make it for me I do not want Bad vibes in my Coffee and he Did Thank You Adreal Great Service. No Thank You Sherman

I love it here---hit this place most mornings, sometimes on weekends. They always have my coffee ready for me, know my name, start my day off at the height of hospitality. Super good pickens! When you're out and about, need a break from the mayhem (work, kids, NYC life and love), it is just super nice to have what Hemingway called a "Clean, Well-Lighted Place" to KB (kick back). So...pour me a red eye, and pull me up a seat!
