    The Commons Chelsea is a superb little hole in the wall that you’d be lucky to find. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the coffee hits the spot, and the egg sandwiches are top notch. It’s my favorite place to go have coffee and read a good book.

    Very cute little cafe. Avocado toast is on a baguette with chili flakes. I also had the oat milk latte which was delicious. Outdoor seating available.

    We had a delivery of pastries from The Commons for a team breakfast at work - all I can say is "wow'. These have been the best pastries I've tried in NYC so far.

    I really enjoyed and would recommend.

    Great matcha. Salads look good on the menu, but it’s just tossed refrigerated stuff with no effort put into it (or dressing), and they charge $17 for it, so I think you should have some high expectations. “Grain salad” with barely any grains. Music is nice but too loud. From time to time is fills up with loud-speaking corpo people. Not a good place to study or work unless you bring earplugs. So much wasted potential!

    Really cute and cozy spot! Coffee is great and price is better than most places in the neighborhood... staff is also really nice.

    They have food but I didn’t try it, it looked good though.

    Also a bench and a table outside.
