Home fries were diced and had just the right mix of potato and crisp. Pancakes/french toast were available "off the menu" the day we visted. Really laid back place which was exactly what we were looking for! Left wishing we lived near by so we could visit more often!!”

“Cannot recommend this place more highly. We always make a trip to Lewistown, NY and The Village Bake Shoppe while staying in the area. Their incredible 5 pound apple pie is remarkable. We always buy the huge apple pie bars to take back to our cottage. The cheesecakes are divine. However, there are so many luscious offerings that we are always trying something new. The coffee is wonderful and we choose a new pastry to try every time. Then we move out to the little tables out front to relax in the darling little town.”

“Once I found out that Lewiston finally had a juice and smoothie bar I was ecstatic and was very happy with their service. However, the restaurant has changed their list of services and hours several times since then. The owner and manager is nice but she keeps changing her mind with her business. If she decides to get rid of her smoothie bar I won’t be coming back. Also the hours are very confusing! Keep a regular schedule like a good steady business.”
