Love the staff here. My coffee was way to sweet though. Some of the new staff. The manager is amazing and is super sweet to my child.

I love this dunkin, and have always been happy with the customer service. I literally live 2 minutes away and I like to stop by on my way to work when I need a coffee fix. However, the parking lot condition as well as the drive thru have really turned me off from going. I did download the app to place my orders at least 5-10 minutes before I plan to stop by, I even pay for my order on the app. So when I get to the drive thru to pick up my order after we play the shuffle game of who goes first, my order is never ready when I get to the window. Then today, I decided to run inside to see if I could just pick up my order as there were probably 9 cars trying to get in the drive thru. Well, as usual after I placed my order 15 mins before, it's never ready. It's only made when I arrive to pick up my order. So why do I pay beforehand if my order is never made until I ask for it? This process doesn't seem effective to me, especially when I have already paid for it. I've even tested this theory on days/times when I know it's slow, guess what, my order is being made while I'm sitting at the window. By no means am I harping on the customer service, they are great. It's just the app and the drive thru process don't make sense, and the parking lot is horrible with potholes, I have cut back my dunkin visits substantially because of this in the mornings.

If anyone knows me I love my Dunkin coffee. I am there all the time . I just say my order and they know who I am . Erie Blvd Dunkin has better staff .
