Excellent food! Loved the beef soup and pickled cabbage, also the green bubble tea was awesome! Very friendly staff as well! Highly recommended!

Amazing food! Great flavor and taste. I got chili pork and pork stickers with shrimp wontons. Absolutely blown away! Not even a tea guy but the mango tea and the milk tea was very very good. I’ve never tasted any tea like this that made me actually want another cup.. I had no idea milk with tea would be good. You can really tell they put a lot of time and effort into their product. Can’t wait to go back and try other things on the menu.. Great job guys ??

Potstickers were really good, the basil and beef bowl- interesting. I liked it more than my hubby. Not a huge fan of bubble tea, but if you are, this is the place to go! The staff was lovely, the restaurant clean, scant really.

I've loved everything I've tried, but the pork pot stickers are a favorite. The tea is perfect, not to sweet and very flavorful. Definitely would recommend this place! Staff is very nice too!

Tried out the new Rice and Tea Kitchen in Cicero on opening weekend. Ordered the pepper chicken with spicy sauce. The chicken was nicely cooked with crispy skin. Not a lot of flavor without the side of spicy sauce. Came served over cabbage strips, a nice portion of sticky rice and a fried egg. With the spicy sauce (not that spicy) it was quite tasty. We also had pork potstickers which were very good. Finally, a couple flavors of bubble green tea. Family liked everything. Food was still hot when we got home. This was a welcomed change to the local Asian food. I like China Chen, but everything tastes the same there. This was different. Needs to have some lunch specials, as prices are a bit high for lunchtime, fine for dinner time. Definitely try this place out for something new! This was the first time having Taiwanese food and we liked it! Welcome to Cicero R&TK!
