Starbucks

The past month I've been here, they have been super friendly and fast. Really a great location

I'd like to start by sharing the staff here are always friendly and kind. I enjoy my in store experiences most of the time! There was a very annoying corporate employee in the lobby a couple months ago taking and making calls and speaking with employees in a far from confidential or discreet manor. Very distracting and just not a great vibe in the dining room to hear the inside happenings of the place you visit often. The 3 stars is for their process in general. The drive thru line is the SLOWEST "fast food" experience in CNY. I would attribute this to the addition of a wide variety of menu items and the "secret menu" items that are ordered. The drive through can not sustain appropriate expected wait times with this vast variety. The corporate employee was discussing sales and how to drive more business. There is immense room for improvement on a high level. Starbucks is an icon that brings a smile to many, but time is valuable to patrons as well.

I wasn't able to take the survey due to only being 17 but the girls there were amazing! I went in instead through the drive thru because I was running out of time before work, I work at the wegmans across from this starbucks, and they got to me within 5 minutes even while busy! Though starbucks is expensive and I definitely cant afford to get my coffee all the time I will be trying to get it as much as possible, perfect environment even during these harder times.
My favorite is the salted caramel mocha, no whip, mocha drizzle added, and almond milk. Made to perfection each time.

Lobby was closed because the store was understaffed and I, towing a trailer too tall for the drive-thru, called to figure out how I was going to get my iced latte. Joe the shift manager walked outside (wearing his mask ???) took payment and brought my coffee to me in the parking lot. That fella is a keeper Starbucks, give that man a raise! Oh and the coffee was good too, of course.
