This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin. I had to go back to have a drink remade which is never fun, but without a doubt, they corrected the issue without me even needing to tell them something was wrong. I was asked by two different people to taste the drink before I left which to me was phenomenal. Definitely eliminated the possibility of me needing to come back a second time. Long story short, I’m not even upset I had to go back. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help. That makes all the difference! To me, accidents happen. It’s how it’s handled and corrected that matters and I’m blown away by the customer service at this facility!

During rush hour it is a very busy place. Ample parking and ample space to wait in line if need be. I went inside this morning and total time from leaving my car to retuning to my car was 4 minutes. Not bad considering drive thru had a lot of cars waiting and there were two people ahead of me in the store.

Pretty good experience. I always love the coffee. Just one complaint that the employees here act like they hate their lives. At least smile! Other than that its a great Dunkin.
