Good bartenders and servers. We went to the newest restaurant in town. It was very busy yet we had good service. The food was good as expected from visits to other locations.
Nice new restaurant. Staff very friendly and friendly efficient. This is a little bigger than the one on Erie Blvd. my steak was just as good as ever. Glad that we have one much closer to home.
Always consistent great quality and service. I got the Road Kill because I wasn't too hungry. The house salad was fresh and plentiful. The loaded baked potato is my favorite. The chop streak is topped with mushrooms, onions, and jack cheese... Very good! Quality at a very reasonable price.
Great lunch experience! The location is brand new so we went in expecting some quirks. We did get forgotten a bit at first as the hostess put us at the wrong table (actually the wrong section) so we were not greeted or otherwise acknowledged by anyone for about ten minutes - at which point we had called over to an employee to ask if they knew who our server was.
The server was brought over from the other section and was very apologetic. We weren't upset at all as we have been to plenty of just-opened places and all sorts of things go wrong the first time. But Jessica A. took the reigns here and made sure the rest of our visit was great. She proposed a free appetizer and even after we declined she offered again when she brought our drinks out.
Jessica was attentive, quick, and polite. She made recommendations which is always nice from a server. Our food came quick (maybe too quick, but they're still learning the pacing) for appetizer, salads and entree.
Overall a great lunch and a solid start to what will likely become a frequent stop for us.
They are currently on their soft open, so I took that into consideration when reviewing. We were greeted by friendly staff at the door. There was a mix-up bringing us to our table, but it was rectified by staff quickly.
The food arrived quickly and was well prepared. My medium rare steak came out perfectly. Our server was attentive and proactive.
We will be back.
