Food was hot and good. Chicken was. Bot and just right.

My experience here has really been a hit-or-miss. I come here, on average, at least once a month and usually go with drive-thru. The attendant taking your order over the PR usually sounds pretty annoyed and impatient, which already makes the overall experience unpleasant. But the real reason why I wanted to write a review is because after coming here a few times, I started noticing that the workers can’t seem to get orders right. Sometimes, I get all crispy chicken when I ask for half and half. Other times, I’m missing one or two chicken in the bucket. And every time, they will never include any utensils, napkins, or sauce (unless you ask for it). The food, however, is good so I’m going to give this place a 3-star overall. If you complain to the manager, usually they’ll hear you out and help resolve your issue. I would recommend this place, not for their customer service or accuracy, but because I like to get my KFC fix once in a while.

The people there are friendly. The food was correct and good, and came out very quickly. There was something wrong with the Pepsi dispenser, but it still worked. I don't recommend dining in, though. The dining room wasn't very clean. It's kind of out of date, too. Chairs don't even match.
