    It doesn't get much better for pizza in Syracuse. There's a reason these guys have won so many awards. Consistently one of the best slices I've ever chomped on.

    Very nice owner and the pizza is just mouth watering. Thin crispy, a little sweet and tangy, just like in the city. I don't feel guilty after eating their Neopolitan pizza.

    Best pizza joint in the city. There are some good pizza places outside of Syracuse but Pavones is hands down the best within city limits.

    Very busy place but quick service. Small but seating for about 25 or so. I got a sicilian with fresh spinach & roasted red peppers. They only make in the largest size unfortunately so we ate it over a couple of days. They don't use fresh mushrooms - another small disappointment. Overall a good experience.
