You won’t go hungry with there breakfast. Super large portions, pancakes the size of hub caps. Huge plates over flowing with food. To me the food has always been tasty. Don’t expect a fancy restaurant or diner. Earlier in the morning it is a workmen’s breakfast spot, later in the morning you will run into families. Like I said it is a little rough around the edges and there may be some salty language heard. I suggest you and your spouse try it then bring your children later. It may turn out to be a couples only breakfast spot.
Small place but a local staple. Famous for their giant (seriously giant) frittatas. Only open in the morning and cash only. Worth the wait. You can see it on the food channel! Every thing is good here.
Classic ma and pop cafe/diner with great staff and huge portions at a good cost. Wife loved the salted caramel pancake with American fries. The Western Omelet was a little heavy on the peppers, but very good nonetheless.
One of the best breakfast places around. As a few others have mentioned, it pays to arrive early. Even if there's a wait, it is worth it! The place has a rustic feel to it. The portion sizes are huge but they offer a sharing option. Nevertheless, would recommend working-up an appetite before your visit. Finally, as for the actual dishes, my absolute favorite is their weekend special: Reese's chocolate and peanut butter waffle!
