    Very nice experience here. Food was good and very affordable. Wonderful customer service. I will come back to eat again.

    10 minute wait for food order. Then it was barely warm and the wrong sandwich after the extended wait time. A dispooiring visit. Have had many more positive visits to this same location over the past few years.

    I went to the James Street Wendys for lunch yesterday, and it was perfect. The staff was friendly, the food was fresh and hot, the service was fast and accurate, and I was able to use my coupon without issue. I can't think of anything else that would be needed to make my experience better than it was. They were Great!!
