Ordered a schwarma sandwhich and it was delicious. Hot, and fresh, and served with sauces. It was wrapped well and the fillings were very good. The customer service was also excellent. “This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin. I had to go back to have a drink remade which is never fun, but without a doubt, they corrected the issue without me even needing to tell them something was wrong. I was asked by two different people to taste the drink before I left which to me was phenomenal. Definitely eliminated the possibility of me needing to come back a second time. Long story short, I’m not even upset I had to go back. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help. That makes all the difference! To me, accidents happen. It’s how it’s handled and corrected that matters and I’m blown away by the customer service at this facility!”

“Food was very good. I had the Ribs with tater tots & Cole slaw. Waitress was very attentive and had a pleasant personality. One person in our party ordered a cheeseburger and told the waitress to please make sure there was no bacon on it as she is allergic to pork. It came with bacon . The waitress had another burger cooked and was very apologetic. The burgers are definitely not as big as they used to be. All in all it was a pleasant meal.”
