    Today at 2:30 pm I went through the drive through and ordered an iced coffee. There were 2 cars in front of me. My 12 year old son was holding pizza we were taking home for lunch. It took well over 12 minutes to receive my order.... i found that in-acceptable and no apologies were offered either. I had 3 young kids in the car that were becoming increasingly inpatient.... I don’t know if I will visit this location again even though it’s closeest to my house!!!! I feel I should have been offered either a free drink or more for that since I received no apologies or sympathetic words!!!!

    This is my place to go ..Always a great cup of coffee, fresh doughnuts and bagels. THE staff is excellent and always have a smile and a hello
