A good example that money alone doesn't make for a successful enterprise.

Adam needs to pay attention to management.

Don't get me wrong, food is about 4-star, everything else - including the hyper modern, cold interior a big zero.

Busboy takes 30 minutes to clean a 4-top, the receptionist is absolutely clueless, pays no attention to what's going on around her, the bar is sticky and littered with discarded like and lemon peels.

Slow, uninspired, matter-of-fact service - not rude but not welcoming either.

My recommendation: Pass

Flatters to deceive

This place is such an incredible shame. Ambience and decor is top notch. Service and food sadly disappointing. Not sure where the problem lies, but it's got the foundation to be a great place. Unfortunately, the tacos are terribly plain and frankly that's a dish that's really hard to get so wrong. Chef needs to elevate the food to match the surroundings, and the bar staff could use some customer service training. It's salvageable, but needs some effort from management/owner. Giving it an extra star because the DJ tonight was playing great songs!!

The food was good that we ordered. I am not sure how authentic Mexican it was or if it is meant to be. It was noisy even though not particularly crowded. We had a light meal, just a main dish and shared a dessert. Had we ordered a full meal and drinks it would have been over $100 for the two of be us.
