We had the best dinner we have ever had in our lives @ The Krebs, last night. The entire experience was perfect. I was thinking about our evening, when I woke up this morning. Please go, if you ever want a wonderful evening out.

I met a couple friends for Sunday brunch at The Krebs. The atmospheric was welcoming, and all the staff treated us as if we were royalty. We parked in the back parking area and entered the restaurant through a side door. The staff greeted us kindly, held doors for us, and guided us to the hosting station at the front of the restaurant.

We were seated at a perfect-for-three table. The environment was warm and friendly. Wait staff were knowledgeable, kind, courteous and well-timed. Food and coffee service were excellent. We each enjoyed our meals.

The Krebs was an excellent and enriching experience for us.

This is a really great restaurant with friendly staff, amazing food, and an interesting history. The Krebs is a great place for an upscale, modern, and enjoy able date night. The atmosphere and energy is contagious and makes you want to visit again.

Beautiful place, nice ambiance, and delicious food. The wait staff was phenomenal, and were very concerned with my food allergies. They would have been given 5 stars, however, they undercooked one of the 4 meals, and forgot to leave the sauce off my steak which I was allergic to. The waitress noticed the mistake right before I took a bite of my meal. She took both dishes back to the kitchen and they remade both meals perfectly. Thank goodness she noticed, otherwise, our whole night could have been ruined. For the prices of the meals, the chef should have been much more attentive.

Setting is that of a well appointed New England style colonial home. Menu is small, simple but extremely well executed. When we went there was one duck, chicken, beef, fish, seafood and vegan main dish. A raw bar with oysters or clams and wines and cocktails. Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere. At first it can feel formal maybe even a little intimidating but in the end is very friendly. The Cuban themed cocktails went down too easily. The steak, duck and fish dishes were very nice. And so was the vegan cauliflower “steak”. It came sitting on a bed of tasty wild rice. I enjoyed it tremendously. The staff was friendly, funny and extremely attentive. The prices were not cheap. But you wouldn’t expect it to be. Great location to have a memorable occasion or event at.
