Food is good for the price, egg rolls and sesame chicken were good

Very excellent, fresh Chinese! Best crab rangoons we've ever had; perfectly crisp, not oily, with a sweet and flowing filling (not like those weird gritty ones you get at other places). I had the chicken with stir fried noodles (hand pulled) and it was seriously the best Chinese noodle I've eaten. Perfectly cooked, thick, with a great chew. It's similar to lo mein, but thicker and better. It comes with a container of a spicy oil that added a great little kick. My father said 'they do noodles right' like how they used to at Ding How. He had the General Tso's with white rice; good size portion with a great balance of sweet and hot. We ordered online and had our meal delivered in about 20 minutes and I live about 1.5 miles from them. We had enough leftovers for another meal, but we ate all the rangoons!

Bamboo House food was fantastic across the board. The wonton soup, spring rolls, and look mean were about as authentic as you can buy anywhere.

Two issues: we wanted our rice in separate containers from our meal so that the rice did not soak up all the juices from the meal. First we were told they could not do it, then told we would be charged for an entire order of white rice for using two extra rice containers. That is over the top, so we declined. Second issue was that an employee(s) charged off more than reported on a delivery order on 5/7/19. Bamboo House charged $42.06 on a 35.00 food order delivery. It is unclear whether or not the delivery person had the ability to do this, or the initial order taker, but sure enough I checked the transactions in my account this afternoon and the pending debit is for more than the reported amount due. This issue was fixed within two business days, and funds were returned to card, but it was a hassle nonetheless. Food is great, just watch for extra charges for requested items and by mistake.

When you receive the bill and present the Debit Card for payment, the tip amount has yet to be indicated. The waiter or cashier obtains authorization for an amount that adds an estimated tip (usually 20%) to the base bill. After authorization, the waiter presents the purchase slip for signature. At this point, you add a tip and total the bill. This final total may be for more or less than the estimated amount for which the restaurant obtained the authorization. The estimated total could stay on the system for 1 – 3 business days until the clearing item for the amount actually charged reaches the Issuer (FIB). You may become aware of the difference between the authorized amount and the actual amount through Telephone Banking, ATM inquiry or Internet Banking inquiry.

Fantastic customer service. Excellent amazing food. Hand pulled noodles are great. Also gave us free broth which was nice. Will be a returning customer.
