Dinosaur Bar-B-Que

This was my 3rd time going to Dinosaur but my first in an all takeout covid environment. I placed my order for six people online at 4:34pm. Shortly after I received a phone call from Dinosaur stating that it would not be ready by 5 rather it would be done at 5:45pm due to the length of the order and current time. That's understandable, however when I arrived at 5:50, I was informed it was not yet ready and needed a couple of minutes. After 15 minutes of watching numerous people arrive and leave with their order the waitress called me up to say that they were just starting my order. When I asked what took so long I was told they forgot about it. She said she felt bad and I could have a bottle of sauce if I wanted. She told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. It actually took another 15. She did ask me again if I would like free bottle of sauce but I told her I understand things happen and as long as everything was there on the bags a free bottle wasn't necessary. 5 minutes later when distributing our food we found that my wife's cheeseburgers sliders were missing and a lot of our food was only warm. A little confusing how if the order was lost our food wasn't hot. Had it not been for the previous experience I would've only given 1 star as the quality of food in combination with the service issue.

Always a nice place for a good meal and service.

If you get to Syracuse NY stop in it's worth it.
