Bee's Barbque is definitely the most unique restaurant I've ever eaten at, and here's why.

The restaurant itself is inside a green 2005 Hyundai Accent. Yes, you read that right. How it works is you and 1-2 other people (3 max) climb in through the driver's side door, as it only has two doors, and get into the back seat. Now, the seats are exactly what you'd expect out of a 2005 Accent coupe, they're not La-Z-Boy recliners, but you can definitely still enjoy a meal while sitting in them. The space is a bit cramped, especially with the small tray tables that fold down out of the front seats, but once you get over that, it's actually pretty cozy.

The way the service works is the server will come up to the driver's and passenger's side windows (depending on the number of people in the restaurant) and ask for your cell phone number. You might be thinking to yourself, "Why would they need my cell phone number?", "What are they going to do with it?", "That seems kind of creepy!" but what I'm going to tell you next is going to shock you. They need your cell phone number so they can text the menu to you, and to put in your order, you simply respond to the text message with the item you want (additional data charges and fees may apply) - how unique is that! I've never once seen a restaurant do something like this, and that's just one of the many things that makes Bee's Barbque so special. After you place your order the chef will receive it on his phone, and will then start to prepare your barbque cuisine in the conveniently-placed grill where the passenger seat used to be, as they had to have it removed. Now this is something you'd never see coming: after your food is done, within 1-2 short minutes of it coming off the grill, the server climbs through the trunk, folds down part of the back seat, and serves your food to you! How crazy is that!

So that was just the service, next we'll get into how well-thought-out the placement of everything is. You know those handles in the back seat of cars that people sometimes hang their dress clothes on? Well the people at Bee's had the genius idea of somehow getting toilet paper rolls on them that can be used as napkins. They also have their silverware, which is strictly plastic to save the environment, and their condiments in the pouches on the back of the front seats for easy access.

Don't get me started on the food! The food is amazing! They have all the items you'd expect at a regular BBQ joint, but they have their own signature Bee's Barbque sauce (available for purchase) that makes everything taste so good. Oh, and when you're there, don't forget to try their most popular item, the Barbqued Bees!

The only complaints I have about this restuarant are: 1) The limited parking, as there's always a pretty long line to eat here since only 2-3 people can eat here at once, which makes it hard to take all your friends out to eat here. 2) The cramped space in the back. It's not bad and only takes a few minutes to get used to, but it can be a turn off for some. 3) The loud music/voice - this is a big one. Whenever you open the doors of the restaurant, a loud (and when I say loud, I mean LOUD) voice with music says "NOW ENTERING BEE'S BARBQUE, HOME OF THE BARBQUED BEES!" This can be heard from up to a mile away, which can be incredibly annoying when you're sitting in your vehicle, starving, as you wait your turn to enter the restaurant and eat.

The owner stated that they're looking to expand and buy more cars so they could make more Bee's Barbques and park them all around central NY. They talked about getting a 4 door sedan, which would add more space and make the service easier, and even maybe an SUV or van to accommodate for those who want to bring in large groups. Doing this will fix all my complaints, since there won't be as big of a line, it won't be as cramped, and the loud voice and music won't bother me since I won't have to wait as long. Once this happens I will change my review to 5 stars.

Overall it's an excellent restaurant that I'd definitely recommend to anyone who asked.

Great service and excellent food. If you ever wanted to eat barbecue food out of a 2005 Hyundai, then Bee's Barbque is the place for you! Only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because the establishment had very limited parking, other than that, I'd definitely recommend it.
