We had chef come out to Ithaca this past July for a bachelorette dinner!! He is the real deal! His staff was friendly, talented and very efficient! He was fun, interactive and wanted this to be the best experience! The food was outstanding- the flavors were on popping and beautiful! He was accommodating to peoples preferences and food allergies. There is so much attention to detail! The service was amazing- they were so professional!!! He left the place spotless and clean!! Would highly recommend!!

60th Birthday trip with 18 sorority sisters. We had Chef Brian come to the lake house and prepare a complete dinner for us. The entire meal from apps to dinner to dessert was DELICIOUS and very enjoyable! You decide on your menu and Chef Brian does it all. Chef Brian and his staff are very professional, efficient and fun! This is the way to go for any group (small or large) that wants to socialize and relax while enjoying an amazing dinner experience! We would do this again for sure!

We were beyond impressed with our in-home dinner experience with Chef Brian and Kim! It was truly and experience we will never forget! The food was phenomenal and beautifully presented! I was also blown away with their level of organization, attention to detail and efficiency with the whole process. They went above and beyond by creating a snack plate for our kids, and wrapping up all left overs! I really appreciated how much pre planning was done to make sure they met all of our dietary restrictions and requests. We all had such a wonderful time and my husband said it exceeded his expectations! Lastly, I have to say what lovely people they both are, I was so comfortable having them in my home and chatting with them. We are so fortunate to have them as a part of our community!!!!

You are missing out if you aren’t ordering from Chef Brian! This was such a blessing on a night I didn’t feel like cooking for my kids, and they LOVED the meals (they even want to try recreating them). Everything was full of flavor, and we have enough left over for lunches! Can’t wait to try more!

My brother-in-law passed away unexpectedly. We wanted to honor his love for cooking and entertaining in an intimate setting with our immediate family. We hired Chef Brian for an in home personal chef experience and we had a wonderful evening! We hired him with short notice and he was able to prepare a delicious meal while also catering to some dietary requests. It was a very enjoyable experience where Brian and his wife took care of everything. Brian also took the time to help teach our little ones how to prepare bananas foster for dessert! This evening allowed us to relax and enjoy time with family while we honored my brother in law. Excellent experience and I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone looking for a great meal and fun intimate evening!
