Eden

After already eating dinner my dad's eSRe
a friend's and I were heading back to our cars when we came across Eden in Hanover Square. From the side walk the restaurant looked modernly rustic. A host noticed us and came out to talk with us and answer any questions. Shortly there after we had menus in hand and were ordering the scallops and a couple of local beers. The scallops were perfectly done with a brown paper searing on the outside and a soft center and rested on fennel, blue and white currant, and hyssop. The was of currant, fennel, and hyssop the scallops laid on were so exquisitely delicate that the scallops were eaten last. Leaving me with the feeling that those perfectly done scallops were the garnish to the entire dish.

I may have only had one small plate of three scallops that was shared with a friend. However, this small sampling was so perfectly done that Eden has immediately jump to one of my top restaurants I have been to anywhere. This is a must try restaurant.

Superb food and drink with a local focus!

The service was amazing, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely.
