Fabulous, fabulous food! It’s been many years since Syracuse has had this level of cuisine on its plate. The wine selection was wonderful and the weekly prix fix menu, though small was amazing at every course. The flavors were outstanding and preparation exquisite. Thank you for a lovely meal and great service!

I have never been compelled to to leave a review for any establishment, but this little slice of heaven was worth every cent. The quaint little dining room, the wonderful wait staff, knowledgable wine person, and the amazing perfectionist preparing the phenomenal dishes. No words.. a round of applause. ❤️

An absolute delight! A completely relaxed vibe and yet elegant all at once- a smart and thoughtfully appointed space that's also comfortable-engaging and professional service while being friendly and light. All of this frames an exceptional culinary and beverage experience rarely found in upstate New York. Refreshingly and maybe even surprising to some, Saint Urban's craft is not served with righteousness or self-promoting praise. Rather, their well-considered wares are served humbly, joyfully and in celebration. You are no mere customer and this is not a transaction-this IS hospitality. You are a guest in their home, they are honored to have your company, and your experience will leave you feeling nurtured-not just fed. It's practically transformative, and every time I leave I just want to go back as soon as I can. And I will. An amazing experience from start to finish both times I’ve eaten here. Food is out of this world, and unlike anything you’ll find in this city. Ingredients and dishes are selected and prepared with the utmost care, and skill. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation for a very special meal. I can’t wait to go back.
