Fish only! Don't go thinking you can get chicken or a burger! The haddock is terrific, but a little on the small side. I suppose you can order extra. The haddock plate is yummy! They get fresh fish in frequently and its noticeable. My son got the fisherman's platter and loved it. Like the outdoor dining. Street parking only.
Excellent food. Friendly staff. Music was... different (but nice). We had not been there in a while. This is one place the pandemic didn't screw up the floor plan for (I guess they are too small to rearrange the tables 😀)
Not the place if you want a hamburger(they are fish oriented... no other protein available). If you want fish in Syracuse and trust that the restaurant will.serve you something good from their small menu...this place is great.
Everything was awesome. Beautiful place. Excellent waiter. Top notch fish. I recommend the haddock chowder. It was a perfect night out with my daughter. Thanks to them
Stopped in and ordered the shrimp platter with mac salad and potato salad. Great fried shrimp. The breading was so golden brown and crunchy, yet shrimp was very tender. Good salads on the side! Some of the best mac salad. An awesome meal during Lent. The place was on the small side but great atmosphere. Service was also excellent. Highly recommended.
For my second visit I arrived around 7pm and from the outside the place looked closed; opening the door and asking the people inside was the only way to know the place was open for business. Service was quick and friendly but the place was almost empty. The food was good but lackluster: my tacos were served with out-of-the-fridge-cold, store bought corn tortillas, which totally took away from the flavor of the fish and shrimp. Not horrible, but anyone calling themselves a cook/chef should be able to sort out how to add flavor to a corn tortilla.
