“EDIT* * * I have now been back several times. And Service has gotten better. First time here and I left annoyed and disappointed. I hate when I go to a new establishment for the 1st time and my experience is bad. Order was made wrong; the person I was with ordered salami on her sub but it ended up on my sub. I ate it because who wants to wait for a new one. I still had to wait for her sub to be remade with salami. Since these subs are hot its best to eat them sooner than later so needless to say when I finally was able to eat my sub it was cold. I am not sure how hard it is to make a sub but it looks like more training needs to be done here. So far these reviews aren’t so good. This is a new location; you better step up your game if you don’t want to get a bad reputation. With that being said I do love the subs at Firehouse so I will give this restaurant another shot, hopefully they get their S*** together.”

“Very good pizza as always and the wings were pretty good too. It was really busy there so service was a little slower, think they may have forgotten to cook the pizza I ordered. Waited twice as long as they told me it would take and my small turned into a large.”

“we had them catered my daughters first communion this past Sunday may 5th. We got the honey fried chicken, roasted potatoes and Utica greens and let me tell you everyone was happy and food was great. Everyone there was very nice even when I can in 5 times to make sure everything was good. Will recommend this place to everyone”

“Was a very good pizza. The family and I loved it. Recently though, after buying a few pies a few times, something seems different, it’s just not the same. One pie was very burnt and tasted burnt, Another pie was just very bland and not much cheese on there for an extra cheese pie. Not sure what happened recently but definitely disappointed. Seems as though business has slowed down for them and they’ve resorted to cheaper ingredients. What a shame. Bronx pizza it isn’t anymore. UPDATE..Ok so I figured I'd give them another try. I gotta say, the last 2 times recently that I bought a pie from here,it was excellent. Very good pizza. Good crust, good sauce and a decent amount of cheese. By far the Best pizza in the Syracuse area when you guys make it right. Consistency is key, keep up the good work.”

“Everything was awesome. One negative is that I ordered a pizza roll, but didn't get any marinara dipping sauce like I was expecting. Still, delicious. Can't give it any less than 5 stars, would give more if I could!!!”

“I thought that adding maggots on the pizza was extremely creative and definitely gave it a great taste. Good protein. Have to try it again next time!”

“I ordered and waited roughly 10-15 minutes before my food was ready. Even after 30 minutes, it was still good. I love their tenders and continue to go there almost daily. Their fries are the crinkle kind, with seasonings that don't require anything else. Their tenders are breaded just enough and fried to perfection. As for their chicken, my sister is a lover of it.”

“A few months ago I decided to give this place a try, as I like trying new restaurants in the area. I never really ate Middle Eastern food before so I was a little reluctant at first, but am I glad I came here to finally get a taste of it. I've been hooked on Middle Eastern cuisine ever since I ate at this restaurant. The food was fresh, the portions were large, the service was top notch, and the atmosphere was simple, yet inviting. This is a must try Middle Eastern restaurant in the Syracuse area!”

“I love Jimmy John's. There subs are amazing and I love them so much. However their prices are a bit expensive I could buy 2 subs at subway for the price of theirs. But their subs are still amazingly awesome and will buy from them again”

“Great calzones here. I haven't been to all locations but the one downtown is clean considering the traffic it sees.”

“Went to Jimmy Johns on 6/28/19 and was shocked when I ordered my sandwich and the price had gone up $2.99. I understand making money and having to raise prices but A $2.99 jump is crazy. There are one of my favorite places but I will be going a lot less with the big jump in prices.”

“Domino's has been around since I was a kid, and they're still here for a reason. Consistently excellent quality for the price. The particular Domino's I go to is exceptional. The employees work in a fast paced, high stress location. They are always pleasant and welcoming. They rival some of the best restaurants around as far as customer service and satisfaction. Good food, good people, nice prices.”
