Between a forgetful waitress and an overdone, poor quality steak, this was not our best experience here. The fries were good. I would come back for lunch...pricing is much more reasonable and I've never had a problem with the food at lunch. Can't beat the water views.”

“The food was fine, the prices were pretty decent given the portions. A little run down looking, the owner is cheap. The service was good, our waitress updated us on cooking times and we didn’t have to wait to be seated or long to have our orders taken. The pancakes were absolutely HUGE. I couldn’t finish one, no one I know can, it should be a challenge. The tables are fairly small though, eating space was a little cramped.”

“We boated into Geneva and searched for a place downtown. As soon as we walked in the front door to Parkers, Lisa greeted us. She welcomed our party of 4 adults and 4 young kids and asked us if we wanted to sit in the back with cartoons and air conditioning. We said yes obviously. She and Nick promptly followed with crayons and coloring books, and quickly got drinks for the kids. It was a great start to a wonderful meal with good food and even better service. Shout out to Lisa and Nick for being so intuitive and helping make our lunch relaxing and stress free despite 3 spills and 1 meltdown. Cant say enough about how great they all were. Thank you guys!”

“I have been here on 3 separate occasions at least to the KFC part. On my first time here I waited 25 minutes inside only to discover my order was lost . They were willing to make it when they realized what happened. I got my money back and left. On my second visit I was given someone else's order. Which I had to go in and get fixed which meant an extra 10 minute wait. On the third occasion I went through drive through. I was the only one. I was told to pull out front and waited 7 minutes this was in spite of fact there was no one behind me and almost no one in the store.. After 3 consecutive messups \waits I will not be returning”

“Pro: they give away A LOT of free food to make up for mistakes made in their orders. Con: A LOT of mistakes made in orders. I've come here for years, and the one common thread has been them getting orders wrong. I'm starting to wonder if this location was built on an Indian burial ground. Just tonight it took three tries to get an order with two bean burritos right. One with added jalapenos. Asked them to mark the custom one. They didn't, so they made another two. Both with jalapenos. I showed them the jalapenos to prove I wasn't making it up. They made another two, this time correct. All I'd have wanted was one without. I get I might be expecting too much from fast food. But this place has completely switched out ALL staff at least three times in eight years, and they STILL get the orders wrong. Every. Time. Just perplexing.”

I'm not sure if the oil needs to be changed more frequently or if meat products were fried in the same oil but I've never been able to finish a French fry from this store without feeling a little sick. =/ fast food may just be a no go for me. I do however appreciate the service I have received when I've tried and realize my stomach may be more sensitive than others.”
