“Ordered a pie with pepperoni, salad and garlic knots. When it got here it was luke warm and it the pie didn't even have pepperoni. Only reason why I gave it even 3 stars is because the pizza taste good. Marinara was sub par. Not a bad place. Would have gotten 4 stars had the pizza been hotter and it actually had pepperoni on it. It only went less than 5 minutes from the restaurant, it shouldn't have been cold.”

“I ordered sandwiches for 30 people for our son's commissioning at Trophy Point after West Point graduation. Everything was exactly as ordered and the sandwiches were AMAZING. Everyone commented about how fresh they were, and how delicious the bread was. I ordered a large salad, chips, cookies, and cold water bottles for everyone. HFM went out of their way to deliver with graduation traffic. They were prompt and helpful and I was so thankful we could just go to Trophy Point and relax after graduation rather than stand in line with a huge group and wait in line for food or water. “I have been to Ermirio's for both a large party and a small date night and both experiences were excellent! The date night was amazing, the ambiance was exactly what we wanted, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable! The large dinner party went off without a hitch. The experience was so seamless and the food so delicious, that the birthday girl left feeling like a member of the Ermirio's family so to speak. Today, West Point Pizza delivered a free pizza to compensate for what had happened 2 days ago. I was surprised as I was not expecting anything from them. I am happy that they value me as one of their repeat customer. I truly appreciate the gesture and that is what I call great customer service! I do love their pizza as they are known to use excellent quality ingredients in all of their pizzas. I called the boss/manager to thank him on the phone so all is well. ???? “This is a pizza place that takes me back to the day when my friends & I would go grab some pizza & have a laugh. Fresh ingredients made simple. Hero's are awesome especially the sausage & peppers! Andy is Very friendly (once you get to know him) but mostly a quiet, soft spoken person. Not alot of money to eat, in fact It is the least expensive pizza in the area.
