Toro Restaurant

I ordered take out tonight. sesame chicken, beef negamaki, sushi and tempura. Everything was cold when I got home. I live a mile away. The beef negamaki we couldnt even chew. The sesame chicken combo had no flavor and for 11 dollars was the smallest portion I have ever had. The amencan dream rolls spicy tuna was a pale pink that didn't look like it had any tuna in it. The only positive was the alaska roll was good and the Fried rice that came with The sesame Chicken combo was delicious. I dont think I will be ordering for awhile. It was a shame because the last time I ordered It was very good. Maybe just an off night??

We only ate from the sushi bar, and it was really good. I could tell the fish was very fresh and they have very nice presentation. The service was good as well, they were very patient while we decided what to get. The only off-putting part is the layout of the restaurant itself. It has awkward spacing and is very dim inside. Location wise, it's kind of away from everything, but on a main road. depending on which direction you come from, the parking can be deceiving. There's 4 spots right in front of the restaurant, but i suggest parking to the right of the building as the front spots let out directly onto the street and can be difficult to get out of if there's heavy traffic. Overall, great place to get a sushi fix. They also do takeout.

Food was great. Place was clean and the food wasn't overly salty like most chinese food is ! I am one happy customer, will return soon.

Our waitress Paige was awesome. The food was excellent and you get more food than you think for the money. I'll be back.

P.S. Sorry I had to be the guy that sat at the table with the broken blind and wanted it down.

The service has been a bit slower here; on Monday there were at most 5 groups of 2-3 people each. Usually it's packed and there's a wait to get a seat and the service is a little bit better. But there were only 2 servers, one which answered the phone and did take out while waiting on us. It was not fair to her running back and forth answering phones and serving tables. The food and sushi was delicious as always though. There was at most 4 people trying the whole place, one doing sushi, one cooking and the two servers. It was not good service like it usually is and we go there often.
