“I stayed here with family. It is very charming bed and breakfast. It has a great location, located near all the restaurants and shops in the quaint little town. It’s also located right near the train station so you can take a train ride down to the city. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.”

“A delightful gem in the quaint Cold Spring neighborhood. Coming from NYC and being a vegetarian, I’m always on the lookout for farm-fresh, quality eateries when I venture outside my stomping ground. I was very happy with the foods, flavors, and service at Hudson Hil’s. My boyfriend and I ordered omelets and split lemon ricotta pancakes. No one thing stood out to warrant a 5-star review, but it was perfect enough for us and our needs the day we visited. Would recommend.”
