This restaurant is awesome!! Not only is all the food outstanding, ( I have tried everything!) The inside of the farmhouse is beautiful. You can see it was designed with love and alot of attention to detail. Its extremely clean and well kept up. This is like home away from home. Delicious fresh food!
The owners are so welcoming and nice and take the time to ensure that everything is to your liking. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. On top of all this, the ice cream is out of this world! Great find and I know I'll continue going back and bringing all my friends. You must try this...You wont be disappointed :)
Just stopped for the first time and had an amazing burger with fries. The burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and the place was impressively clean. Couldn't resist grabbing a milkshake on the way out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
When you look at it from the outside, you anticipate a basic cafe style food. When you look at the menu, it seems like standard American dishes. However, the quality of their food is surprisingly high. What I expected would be a slice of food truck pizza actually was comparable to other local Italian places. The grilled chicken burger was also really juicy! Only con: no refills on fountain beverages.
Have visited this restaurant twice and I really like the design of the building. The first time we had milk shakes that where made by a young man I thought to be the owner who was very pleasant. The milk shakes where like flavored milk, not thick at all and very expensive at $6. A piece. We gave it another try yesterday and decided to go into the building which is very nice, the tables are small and a bit tight to seat 4 people comfortably. I was stunned by the pricing of the menu. $12. For s burger that is served on paper, $4.50 more if you want a med ( no refill) drink and a nothing special cookie. We ordered a Ruben burger which is a Hamburger topped with pastrami. The staff was friendly at this stage and there seemed to be at least 6 people on staff at the time. The burger came quickly and I realized when I placed the order I was not asked about the temperature I wanted the burger to be cooked. The burger was a thin patty though tasty , with one slice of Swiss, and toppings where barely present, French fries where barely cooked. For the $17.00 I could have gone to Wendy’s and had 2 of the same quality burgers. They are also selling the same burgers in a case in the restaurant which I thought was interesting. It’s too bad this restaurant doesn’t offer something special to the area, I will continue to go go Kelly’s corner and Wendy’s.
Appeared busy...but plenty of room to spread out....was asked right away for my order. Ordered 2 kid meals...and grilled cheese and fries for myself. Great prices...food was awesome...did not taste like quick fast food. Will be back to try more and have ice cream...which looked great. Portions were generous. Clean..everyone friendly. Down to earth and great place to eat...
