Pizza is amazing. This place is unique and new and brings a breath of fresh air to the Sunnyside Community. Definitely worth checking out.
Amazing, crusty, bready pizza. Nutella donut is delish.
Incredible pizza. Probably the best in Sunnyside (love Sotto as well). The dough is crazy good. And the Italian pastries are literally world-class. Try the apricot cornetto - won’t regret it!
Loved the vegan cornetto (basically an Italian croissant but with less butter, the vegan one is made with sunflower oil.) We also tried the potato, cheese and special slices, they were all good. I think the potato slice was vegan? Nice to see they have options! They also had a couple bottles of beer and some wine to choose from. I'll definitely be back. The crust was really good, the service was friendly, and I want to try a personal pie next time! One thing that could use some work is the decor, the walls are all bare which makes it look like they opened yesterday...
This is pedigree pizza! Once I found out that the chef/owner was a Paulie Gee alumnus, I just could not wait for this place to open near the 40 Street Station along the 7 line.
In the back is a blazing electric oven capable of making different types of pizza. I had the Roman style square pizza. The dough has a long rest so take the time to really taste the crust and enjoy the extended fermentation. The little pepperoni cups are always a treat.
Individual 12 inch pies are available also. There are definitely some delectable options on the menu.
Don’t miss out on the tiramisu that was pure rich creaminess..
