I really enjoy this place. Been here numerous times, and we always have a great time. The food's delicious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My go-to is the Formosa beef with noodles, and I get a side of pork intestines to mix in. We also love the refreshing cold green tea that's serve with the meal.

The best authentic taiwanese hot pot I’ve ever had in NY. I definitely will come back next time.

This place was amazing. I got the Korean fusion hotpot, and my bf got the beef - flavors were amazing and everything tasted fresh. Will definitely be returning.

This Taiwanese style hotpot restaurant was opened since May 2018. It is different from the regular hotpot restaurant which you put raw ingredients into the boiling soup and cook it. You order a pot from the menu and it comes with your choice of soup and ingredients. The waiter will bring you the pot (it's like a little wok) with cooked ingredients in it and a stove fueled by solid fuel. The size of the pot is not that big. It's good for one person only and the dinner price is $15.99 to $16.99. We also ordered the salty crispy chicken as appetizer and the three color mango shaved ice as dessert and both are good. Comparing to their original menu from grand opening, I see that they are doing their best in adding more new dishes on menu. I hope they can roll out more different pot ingredients because it seems that the ingredients on each pot are very similar such as mushrooms, corn, pork, tofu, tomato and the main difference is on the soup. Service from the young waiters is good and they are friendly. Price is not expensive. It's 40 something in total (2 pots, one appetizer and one shaved ice dessert) for 2 of us.

You're mostly paying for a weird experience. The hotpot is a bit overpriced for what you're getting and it's fixed. When I say fixed I mean you can't ask for something in the dish to be removed. Id understand substitutions not being allowed but I don't want mussels, why can you just not add it?

The hotpot is given on an enclosure with a round pot with a little cup of red rocks on fire that heats the pot. You can't control the heat so if it's boiling, either deal with it or get a person to turn off the fire. The cup runs of out juice quickly so during my one hour stay there me and my friend even up getting it replaced twice.

Food is good but you can't make any changes to it. Prices are a bit high compared to other hotpots in the area that offer more variety.
