(November 17, 2019, 9:28 pm)Delicious! Jianbing 煎饼 is China’s version of savory of crepe. A thin pancake with a cracked egg, scallions, cilantro, sweet sauce, fried cracker, and verity of topping choices. One of my all-time favor foods and always bring back memories of growing up in Shanghai.
