IHOP

Love iHOP for their breakfast/brunch items.

As one of my favorite breakfast spots, this place checks all of the boxes. They’re kind and try their best to provide service. I have been here a few times after their opening and been with the same waitress. She’s awesome and correspondent.

My favorite item from iHOP is the waffles, and either a milkshake or cold brew. It always tastes great and fresh. The food may take a bit to come out as they’re making it on the spot and it is almost always busy during breakfast/brunch time. On the weekends you may have to wait a bit longer however there is a seating area, directly in-front of the host.

Will be definitely returning and I am super happy that there is an iHOP right in our neighborhood. It may be hard to maintain in the business standpoint as it is a shopping center but I believe the long cues will never end as it is the only breakfast dine-in restaurant in the area -Please don’t leave us 😭.
