I came in thinking it was the same menu as the one in Roosevelt but nope. It’s more of a Mix of American and Mexican food. Which is fine because I guess the area’s demographic didn’t recognize the traditional Mexican dishes. We got the Juquila Sampler that you can see in this picture. Overall great service, very attentive, casual for a night out and good food. (Excuse our guacamole, we loved it and didn’t make it to the picture)

Wow! The food was excellent, the service is great, we loved it!
We liked it so much we went several times during our stay in New York.
We tried several things, all of them really tasty: taco trio, fajitas, quesadillas... my favorite - enchilada con mole.

Was at LIC on a week night with a friend and we felt like getting some Mexican food for ourselves. We found Juquila in close vicinity and decided to pay a visit. Upon arrival we were greeted by courteous staff and for the benefit of place being empty we had liberty to sit where we want.
Food was wholesome and drinks were apt. Server was friendly and gave us space (& suggestions) to make decisions.
Taking off one star as when the bills arrived we were pre-charged with 11% service tax on top of all the taxes. With a party of 2, that’s something unheard of, call me novice but was quite surprising.
Either way, delicious food, nice drinks and worth paying a trip to the joint.

Local restaurant with affordable prices relative to the other restaurants in the area. Not too busy, with a nice relaxed ambiance suitable for casual brunch or families. The staff was thoughtful and we'll intentioned although they did tend to forget a few things like our coffee. I think that's because two people were running the entire front of the restaurant.

We'll return to this restaurant in the future.

For drinks and food for two (plus tax and gratuity) we paid a little less than $50. Food was delicious and the margaritas were strong. Recommend.
