Queens Beer Factory

Great atmosphere and very clean restaurant! Prices were a little steep, but the service was great. We had an excellent waiter and the beer was pretty tasty!

Second time here and it may have been just as good if not better! From the minute you walk in to when you are leaving, the staff is extremely attentive. Waiters, servers, and manager, etc; all work together and create a warm, cool experience for customers. I have to give a shout out to David, who took care of me and my family. This is definitely something Queens was missing and I’m so happy we have it. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Welcome to Queens! We’re happy to have you and continuous blessings!

I've been to Queens Beer Factory a half dozen times already. I enjoy coming here because it's a really nice looking bar on Northern Avenue compared to some of the other places. I want to say the burgers are awesome and the chicken sandwich is great! The beer selection is good and the all the servers are really friendly and very accommodating. I did notice, however, that the servers don't top off the beer in the glass, they fill it until the foam reaches the top and stop. That leaves about 1/3 of the glass with mostly foam and no beer. Maybe that's something that could be worked on!

I hope that the owner/manager will take this next part in the spirit that it's intended. This is offered as constructive criticism and in no way do I want to disparage Queens Beer Factory because I really enjoy going there and will definitely continue going there. So, today I ordered the ribs because they had a special and offered a free beer with it. I would normally not order ribs unless it was in a barbecue restaurant but I thought why not since the other food I've had there was great. Suffice to say, I did not like them at all. They were tough and very fatty. I am accustomed to ribs that the meat falls off the bone. I would not order the ribs here in the future. My humble suggestion to the management is that this be taken off the menu until the chef can make the ribs so the meat falls off the bone or take them off the menu altogether.

Anyway, I still think they deserve 5 stars and I highly recommend this place and will definitely continue to go there.

First time there and it didn’t disappoint. Nice selection of craft beers. Great staff and interactions with its customers. I had Carlo as the bartender. Gave great insight on what beers to try and was very personable. Definitely a repeat place to go.

I love the place. My girls and I had really good time. The food was phenomenal, good portion and were very tasty. We left all our plates clean. Great environment!! I will definitely coming back soon. I Highly recommend the place.
