(January 10, 2021, 2:11 am)Really solid slice. Got a regular slice and a chicken bacon ranch and they hit the spot. 24th/23rd Ave needed a good take it and go slice place and this is it.

(November 11, 2020, 8:54 pm)I had heard that the pizza at Zio Pepe’s was great, so I finally walked there in the pouring rain to give it a try. Well, it was the best Margherita pizza ? I ever tasted!!! The crust was perfectly crisp and had the freshest toppings of fresh mozzarella and San Marzano tomato sauce with a touch of fresh basil. The ingredients were perfectly balanced, so that you really tasted the essence of tomato ? and cheese on crispy crust. What a flavor bomb! I WAS IN PIZZA HEAVEN!?? Mama Mia! The Grandma pizza was also exceptional!

(October 21, 2020, 5:47 pm)Wow!! Born in NYC and of course I love pizza. I have been living in ASTORIA for 5 years and my wish finally came true. Seriously Zio Pepe Pizzeria makes delicious pizza. I have already been there twice. The sauce and crust is on point. Margherita Slice is my favorite.
