Pizza and meals are one of the best on the Island highly recommend going there you all wont be disappointed

Frequented the location on New Dorp Lane and since it's closing have missed it. Went to see if it was up to snuff. Much nicer ambiance, a tiny wait but food great if not better.

Good food. However was there Christmas Eve and it was like we were eating in a freezer. It was very cold. However they did turn up the heat and it got comfortable, but it took almost an hour. It was so cold.

We visited Villa Monte on Halloween, we arrived at 6:30pm and didn't receive our food until 7:45pm. I didn't want to bother the server because he was doing the best he could be I would have never gone if I knew I would be waiting on food for over an hour. The food was tasty but I received my dish 15 minutes before the rest of my table which caused my food to be cold while I waited for everything else to arrive. The busboys were very helpful however the hostess was extremely rude. I greeted her (probably should of been the other way around) and she said "hold on a sec", without a "hello" or "how are you". Okay I let that go even although it really rubbed me the wrong way. Than I asked her for something as she was walking back to her stand and she rudely responded with "I will get the server". Just really poor customer service skills.
